Single-ceremony certificate from the county clerk

What a Lumen minister should do

Permanent certificates require a church established in Nevada, so Lumen ministers use single-ceremony certificates (up to 5 a year) unless a licensed Lumen chapter exists in Nevada. We prefill the application and the Affidavit of Authority; the church officer signs and notarizes the affidavit.
